The British BBQ Association (BBQA) is a club for enthusiasts of BBQ food and its cooking. The BBQA membership’s common bond is the love of BBQ and a willingness to share information.
Our mission statement is:
To communicate BBQ food issues and to encourage excellence and professionalism through an exchange of ideas and information; to create an ‘al fresco’ environment in which BBQ food is central to outdoor culture; and to be recognised as the key organisation that promotes excellence, professionalism, ethics, and personal involvement within BBQ food, media and related industries.
